The ER-I-05A/EZC/BA is a premium Tin Interface A with ezClick Connection, purpose-built for secure solar installations on tin roofs. Designed as part of Clenergy’s PV-ezRack SolarRoof system, it simplifies rail attachment using the innovative ezClick connection for faster, tool-efficient installation. The interface is black anodised for enhanced corrosion resistance and a modern aesthetic—ideal for both residential and commercial metal-roof PV application.
- ezClick connection enables rapid, secure rail installation—no extra alignment tools needed.
- Compatible with both metal and timber purlins, ensuring versatile roof compatibility.
- Supplied with a Buildex 14-11 × 70 mm Ponte screw (14 gauge, 6.3 mm Ø, 11 TPI, 70 mm L) featuring a 16 mm aluminium-bonded washer for long-term sealing integrity.
- EPDM pad (2 mm pre-fitted) provides watertight sealing between the interface and the roof surface.
- Constructed from AL6005-T5 aluminium with SUS 304 stainless steel hardware, combining strength and corrosion resistance.
- Finished in black anodised coating for Category 5 corrosion protection and aesthetic uniformity with black-frame modules.
- Fully compliant with AS/NZS 1170.2:2021 structural standards for wind and load performance
