Our main distribution center is located in Hamilton. Typically, if a product is in stock, orders received by 4pm will be dispatched same day. Out of stock items can take up to 5 business days to dispatch, we’ll be in touch if there are any extended lead times.

For in stock items: North Island 1-2 business days. South Island 2-3 business days.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Please ensure the person collecting the goods follows all signs and regulations. We have trucks, containers, delivery vehicles and forklifts running all day, health and safety concerns are our top priority.
How do I track my order?
We use New Zealand Couriers for most of our deliveries. You can track your NZ Courier shipment here. For oversized or palletized orders we use PBT. You can track PBT shipments here.
Do deliveries require a signature?
No. Smiths will arrange delivery of goods to the premises specified by the buyer and delivery to those premises shall be deemed delivery of the goods regardless of whether a signature is obtained or not. For more on this topic please visit our terms and conditions.
My order arrived damaged
Please notify us as soon as possible if goods arrive damaged. Subject to T&Cs, where possible we will facilitate a replacement.
Can I change the delivery address?
It depends on the progress of your order. Please give us a call ASAP and we’ll do our best.
