The RC63 is a dependable single-pole EGO thermostat designed for heating appliances (especially deep fryers) with a range of 95 °C to 205 °C. It corresponds to EGO part 55.13042.180, and is closely related to 55.17042.050 (same spec range). 
This thermostat is commonly used in commercial and industrial cooking applications to regulate heat precisely and reliably.
