The ER-IC-28/42/L50/G is a Zano Inter Clamp with integrated grounding pins, designed for framed PV modules with frame heights from 28 to 42 mm. Its 50 mm length provides a strong, secure grip between adjacent panels, while the grounding pins ensure electrical continuity without the need for separate grounding clips. Ideal for use in Clenergy’s PV-ezRack / SolarRoof and Zano clamp systems.

  • Compatible with framed PV modules of 28–42 mm thickness. 

  • Includes integrated grounding pins to achieve earthing continuity through the clamp itself (no external grounding clips required). 

  • Recommended clamp spacing / clearance: 20 mm gap between PV modules. 

  • Recommended tightening torque: 13 – 16 N·m for secure retention without damaging frames. 

  • Lightweight: 0.068 kg per clamp. 

  • Manufactured from AL6005-T5 aluminium with SUS 304 stainless steel fasteners to ensure durability and corrosion resistance. 

  • Packaging: 60 units per pack, 4 packs per carton (240 units) per datasheet.
