The LeesTech DC1M is a single-phase maintained-UP / dead-man-DOWN door controller engineered for commercial roller doors, sliding doors, and gate systems. Compact yet durable, it provides safe and dependable door operation with maintained UP control and press-and-hold DOWN safety functionality.

The unit features integrated UP/DOWN contactors, a motor overload relay, and dedicated terminals for motor, power, and limit switch connections — all protected within a rugged IP65-rated plastic enclosure. Ideal for light-to-medium-duty installations, the DC1M ensures long service life in warehouses, workshops, and small industrial environments.
