The RC32 is a manual reset over-temperature safety thermostat, designed to cut power when temperature exceeds 238 °C. It corresponds to EGO 55.13544.010, and is used in commercial fryers, ovens, and heating appliances. Also cross-referenced under Moffat 020188 / TC0003 and Hayman 40511
