The EFG201 is a multi-select oven and grill thermostat used in selected Fisher & Paykel, Simpson, Westinghouse, Chef and ELBA freestanding ranges. It controls oven temperature and integrates grill and fan-related switching functions in compatible appliances.

Service-kit note: Fisher & Paykel currently lists 573180P as the replacement thermostat kit for RA6102, RA6103 and OR61S2 ranges. Some replacement kits differ slightly in feel and switching operation from the original Invensys / Robertshaw EFG201 thermostat.
Compatibility note: Confirm the appliance model, shaft style, terminal arrangement and capillary layout before ordering. If replacing an original EFG201 with a later service kit, follow the instructions supplied with that kit.
