The ER-IC-ST30B/G is a black-anodised inter clamp with integrated grounding pins for framed PV modules. Designed for use in Clenergy’s PV-ezRack ECO and T-rail systems, it secures adjacent panels while simultaneously bonding them via the grounding pins. This dual function helps streamline installation and ensure compliance with electrical safety requirements.

  • Suitable for framed PV modules with frame heights of 24–31 mm (for ECO-Rail) or 26–31 mm (for T-Rail) 

  • Integrated grounding pins eliminate the need for separate module bonding components 

  • Black anodised aluminium finish (≥ 10 µm) provides corrosion resistance and modern aesthetics 

  • Made from AL6005-T5 aluminium with SUS 304 stainless steel fasteners for structural strength and durability 

  • Requires an 18 mm gap between adjacent PV modules for proper clamping clearance 

  • Recommended tightening torque: 16–20 N·m to ensure secure clamping without damaging module frames 

  • Weight: approximately 0.068 kg per clamp
