The SM215K is a 15 A, 240 V single-circuit simmerstat (energy regulator) used to control a single cooktop or hob element. It provides on/off control with pilot-light switching and is used as a replacement regulator in selected Fisher & Paykel, Simpson, Westinghouse and Electrolux cooking appliances.
