Parallel Battery Y connector

The Parallel Battery Y Connector Kit is used to connect two matching Sungrow SBR or SBH battery stacks in parallel with a compatible Sungrow hybrid inverter. It combines the DC connections from both stacks, allowing additional battery storage capacity in a supported system configuration.

• Positive and negative Y connector pair for two battery stacks.
• For supported Sungrow SBR and SBH parallel battery installations.
• Includes positive and negative cable connectors, plus 6 mm² and 10 mm² ferrules.

Kit Includes:

• 1 × positive Y connector.
• 1 × negative Y connector.
• Positive and negative cable connector housings.
• 6 mm² positive and negative ferrules.
• 10 mm² positive and negative ferrules.

For supported battery configurations with SH8.0RS, SH10RS and SHT series inverters. Both battery stacks must be from the same range and have the same number of modules. Confirm the battery model, stack size and firmware requirements for the selected inverter before ordering.

SH5.0RS, SH6.0RS and SHRT systems use a different branch connector arrangement. Contact Smiths if you need help selecting the correct connector.

This is a DC connector kit. Battery power cables, CAN communication wiring and earthing must be provided separately and installed in accordance with Sungrow's instructions. Adding a second stack increases storage capacity; it does not increase the inverter's rated output.
